The MindShift MENA founder is a female student living in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Her name is Nada Abdelatti. However, our team consists of people all around the MENA region.

Undoubtedly, mental health stigma is a persisting issue worldwide. However. the conversation about mental health is much more normalized in Western countries than it is in the MENA region. Due to culture, mental health is still seen as taboo, and many remain misinformed about it. Our goal is to help tackle the stigmatisaton of mental health and educate others.
